Appointment of VMS Pty Ltd as exclusive distributor of Vmoto Scooters for Australia (2007)
It is with great pleasure to announce the appointment of VMS Pty Ltd
(VMS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Automotive Holdings Group Ltd
(AHG) Australia's largest automotive retailer as master distributor
of Vmoto products, with an effective date of 1 July 2007.

The appointment of VMS allows Vmoto to focus on the establishment of
a global distribution network, product development and rapid
introduction of exciting new product to the market.
